身體中的舞台能量－自然與平衡” Body-mind, Space & Creativity 形體工作坊

力不從「心」？是否你未聽清楚「身體」向你發出的聲音？

無論是在繁囂的日常生活，或是在表演的創作過程中，身心（body-mind）的平衡都有助建立起一片屬於你個人的舞台。透過具系統性的訓練過程與空間實踐，你將感受到創意開發與有機形體表達所帶給你的樂趣。

由曉角話劇研進社主辦文化局贊助部份經費，並邀請卓劇場藝術總監胡美寶及葉嘉文主持之”身體中的舞台能量－自然與平衡”形體工作坊現已接受報名。

在每周四節，合共十六節的工作坊中，你將經歴以下三個階段：

第一階段剖析經驗
此階段目的旨在引領參與者多了解日常姿勢、身體結構和行動中的身體三者之間的關係，並藉此認識在移動或執行動作時身體到底經歴了甚麼？

第二階段空間中的能量
創意往往是源於內在或外在的刺激所引發，故對內在身心能量與外在即時環境的關係與感應越是靈敏，所激發起的創意也就越得到提升。

第三階段從形體到編作
透過對上述兩個階段的整合，每位參與者將有機會將個人身心的新發現帶到排練過程中作「實踐展演」，從而將這新的經驗建立到個人實踐當中。

日期：九月廿七日至十月廿二日（逢星期二、三、五、六，共十六節）
時間：晚上七時半至十時半（每節三小時）

費用：澳門幣700元（曉角社員及全日制學生澳門幣400元）

參與者需穿著便於進行形體練習的服裝，並請自備水樽、毛巾及筆記簿。

The workshop intended to provide a systematic training and space for participants from the buzzing daily routines - regardless the routine to keep up with the rhythm of life or the routine in portraying a character in the creative process. Open to both theatre practitioners, and everyone who seeks a place to get in touch with the body-mind, would enjoy the fun in exploring her/his own creativity and an organic way for movement expressions.

The intensive workshop will be held from 27/9- 22/10, which focuses on the following three elements and in the end, a work-in-progress presentation will be included:

1. Experiential anatomy
We move and perform action without knowing much information on the moving body. This unit aims to lead the participants to get in touch with the relationship among our daily postures, body structure and body in action.

2. Energy in space
Creativity could be drawn upon both internal and external resources. Through the encounter of body and the immediate environment, a heightened level of creativity is formed.

3. Approaching devising aesthetic through movement
Through the integration of the previous units, each individual is given the opportunity to bring her/his new discoveries into a work-in-progress rehearsal process, which is aimed at establishing new experience into her/his own practice.

Participants are required to wear suitable clothing in facilitating bodyworks. Please bring own water bottle, towel and notebook if desired.
